Meet Rich.

Richard Montgomery, BS Pharm, MBA is currently AdventHealth Corporate Pharmacy Contracts and Operations Manager. His prior position was system director of pharmacy for the AdventHealth Orlando campuses. Richard has been with AdventHealth for 28 years, serving in various pharmacy operations and management positions. Richard is active at both the state and national pharmacy organizations, serving as President of the Florida Society of Health System Pharmacist in 2008-2009. He was FHSP Pharmacist of the year in 2011. Richard is currently chairman of the Florida Board of Pharmacy for the 2020 session. He served as vice chair in 2019. Richard has a B.S degree in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Meet Mandy.

Amanda Wollitz, PharmD, BCPS, FISMP is Program Director of Pharmacy- Policy and Quality at AdventHealth Orlando. Amanda holds a PharmD from Mercer University, completed her Residency training at UF Health Jacksonville (Formerly Shands Jacksonville Medical Center), and completed a fellowship in 2013 with the Institute for Safe Medication Practices in Horsham, Pennsylvania. In her current role, she is responsible for policy creation, review, and implementation and oversees the Pharmacy Quality program for 8 hospitals, 2 free standing Emergency Departments, and 6 Infusion Centers. Amanda joined AdventHealth in 2014 as the Medication Safety Coordinator and later expanded her role to include diversion prevention and quality oversight. She helped develop and continues to coordinate the organization’s Diversion Oversight Program, Designated Person Panel, and coordinates the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for AdventHealth Orlando, Central Florida Division South.

Meet Dom.

Dom Bracero is the Director of Pharmacy for AdventHealth Central Fill Pharmacy Orlando which is a Class III Institutional Pharmacy servicing 8 hospital campuses throughout AdventHealth Orlando - Central Florida Division South. He oversees a team that provides centralized services for the division including patient specific sterile compounding of parenteral nutrition, ADC replenishment, repackaging, auxiliary barcode labeling, and medication shortage management. He has over 30 years of extensive hospital pharmacy and sterile compounding experience ranging from home infusion, parenteral nutrition, and both 503A and 503B expertise. Among his previous roles, Dom served as Director of Pharmacy for AdventHealth Kissimmee, as well as leadership roles for organizations outside of AdventHealth. He has overseen multiple sterile compounding cleanroom construction projects as well active roles in advisory and committees throughout the organization. He is an active member of both FSHP and ASHP. Dom received his B.S. in Pharmacy degree from St. John’s University and Master of Business Administration from Ashford University.
